What is Awareness Therapy: Andi’s Approach
It brings me great joy to share my passion for health and wellness with those people who are inspired to be happy, healthy and whole.
My approach to healing is rooted in the belief that anything can be healed given the right circumstances and that all things are possible if you believe in the possibility. Sessions draw from 18 years of practice in the healing arts and a deep intuitive healing presence. Each session is tailored to the individuals' needs, integrating a blend of many energy healing practices, creating deeply healing and renewing experience helping guide people into Awareness of what changes can be implemented to bring health and wellness back to balance in body, mind and spirit.

RUNE CASTING
Ancient Nordic Divination
I have spent 20 years forming a connection with the Runes. Consulting and being guided by the Runes.
I offer my service of sharing what I have learned on my journey with this ancient form of divination. When consulting any form of divination one is always consulting Self. I act as an interpreter and guide. In the end, everyone must decide what direction to take with guidance received and feel if it resonates with them individually
I use the 3-rune cast in my readings.
I love the simple directness of this cast. I operate from the point of view that less is more. 3 rune help to hone in on the messages.
To begin all runes are placed in a bag. I hold the issue or question in the mind of quester (that's you) as I pull out three runes (one at a time). Place the runes side by side in front of the casting cloth from right to left.

The first rune is the general overview of your issue or question.
The second rune indicates challenges and obstacles and insight into how to resolve the obstacles.
The last rune shows the potential courses of action you can take and the potential outcome of following the advice laid out in the cast. It can also be read as the past, present, and future of the issue in question.
